The next reiki II class is planned for the 7th and 8th June 2010.  

There are two stages to reiki II: learning the symbols (reiki II) and becoming a therapist (reiki II therapist). Learning the symbols involve a two day workshop. To become a therapist you need to do a further day of training plus complete a certificate in anatomy and physiology and a certificate in counselling skills.

Why do a reiki II workshop?

You can do reiki II without necessarily wanting to be a therapist and nevertheless reap enormous benefits from it. It deepens your relationship to reiki and your undertanding of it. You are taught three symbols and distance healing for many practical applications. This is a further step on your spiritual path and will speed up your progress by clearing blockages in your life.

Reiki II will enable you to use reiki on a deeper level on yourself and others. It will help you use it in every day life circumstances and not only for treatment. It will deepen your connection to the Universe but also to angels.

What does it cover?

The workshops includes the following:

• learning the three symbols: the power symbol, the emotional symbol and the distance learning symbol
• the power of symbols and why tradition compells to keep them secret
• practising a psychological treatment
• reiki mandalas
• distance healing
• cord cutting
• four attunements to the reiki II energy

What after the reiki II?

As explained above, if you want to move onto being a therapist and setting up your own practice, a further one day workshop. Three conditions need to be met to get your certificate:

• A certificate in anatomy and Physiology
• A certificate in counselling skills
• A portfolio of a total of 15 reiki sessions with five different clients
