Why do a reiki I workshop?
Reiki I will start you on your spiritual journey. It is the first step in the life of a reiki healer and a very important one. Everyone can do reiki I, including children.
What can you do with it?
Reiki I is for use on the self, your friends and families. Most students will tell you that the very first thing that needs to happen after a reiki I workshop is a lot of practice on oneself. You must understand that the priority when you become a healer is to look after yourself so that you no longer burden others but also so that you are strong and can be reliable as a reiki healer for others.
What does it cover?

What are attunements?
Attunements are ceremonies during which the Reiki Master "attunes" the student to the reiki energy. The aura of the student is opened and the reiki symbols are drawn on the crown chakra, the eye chakra, the heart chakra and the hands in a sequence that has been taught by Dr Usui to link the student to the reiki energy. The attunement performs a major energy cleanse which clears the channels in the student to better channel the energy for the benefit of recipients.
Once you are attuned to reiki I energy, it is for life. The more it is used, the stronger the link becomes and the stronger the energy channeled.
