Spiritual assessments

In addition to tarot readings I also do angel readings. I like to call those readings "Spiritual Assessments". Tarot readings work at a more mundane level: job, finances, love, friendships, etc. Spiritual assessments look into your path on this earth and its purpose.

I don't necessarily discriminate and book tarot readings and spiritual assessments as different services. I just move from one level to the other according to the need. Let me explain.

Spiritual path

There are some people who think that mundane matters are not spiritual. I have to disagree. I personally consider that motherhood is my spiritual path and that I have a contract to help mothers and children on this earth. But it also transpires in very practical matters in my own life. And in order to attain my spiritual goals I first need to attend the basics.

Basic needs are just as important as others and spirituality is no longer the privilege of monks and nuns who have no other worries in life than to pray and meditate. Modern spirituality is rooted in real life. For this reason, I believe the guidance that I give people as to their finances, love life, etc is just as important as the rest. And it is actually only when these basic needs are met that they can actually get started on their spiritual journey.

To work on the symbolic level of the chakra system, you need to have your base chakra secure (home, money, safety, etc) before you can work to the second chakra and further up until you can satisfy your spiritual needs. Some new age people believe that the lower three chakras are not important. I do not agree. If you are familiar with the pyramid of Maslow, you need to take care of each need in a prioritised manner.

Angelic guidance

I work with a lot of guides and angels who help me deliver guidance that uplifts and inspires. I feel very fortunate to be able to do that. I recognise their guidance because it is always spoken with love, compassion and truth. And although sometimes the things they say are hard to hear, they say it in such a manner that it is always uplifting and inspiring. I have myself received guidance about changing certain aspects of my life and I have always known deep inside when such guidance was given by angels as opposed to the reader or her guides. There is a buzz in the air and the energy of the room feels different, often a lot colder. Real magic is at play.

I feel privileged to be able to offer angelic guidance to my clients. I see my role as a channeler of guardian angels and other angels for the benefit of my clients, to help them feel confident, loved and supported through hardships and challenges. I see my role as helping them see the positive in everything and how challenges are indeed stepping stones on their own spiritual paths.

With big responsibilities come big doubts. I have such doubts and continue to have them. I always challenge the guidance that I give and ask my own guides whether I have been faithful to their guidance. I constantly strive to improve myself as a channel. I cannot, however, work with people who come to me in a spirit of defiance and criticism. They need to feel good about coming to me and there needs to be an element of trust from them in who I am and in the work that I do. I couldn't do a reading or healing for someone who came to "check on me". There are too many people who need help to waste my time but more importantly the precious time of my angels on skeptics and cynics.

Sai Baba, who is considered by his followers as a miracle worker has said "If you want to understand the nature of spiritual power you can do so only through the path of spirituality and not science" Scientists will never be able to crack miracles, clairvoyance and other spiritual phenomena because they look at things from a materialistic point of view.
