A unique class for pregnancy to prepare you for spiritual motherhood

Classes

My classes are a serie of four mornings - Thursdays 10-12 in Clifton. You can take part at any stage of pregnancy. I charge £100 per person with a minimum of 3.

I also do one-to-one preparation which are then charged at my hypnotherapy rate (please check my tariff page). You can also prepare for labour by listening to my hypnotherapy CD for pregnancy.

Pregnancy is one of my specialities

As a hypnotherapist, I have specialised in pregnancy and helped a good number of women to prepare for labour and motherhood. I can't say that all births have been natural but each of my clients has said that it has made the experience something very special and different and it has prepared them better for both child birth, motherhood and breastfeeding. Preparing with hypno-reiki does two things: it increases the chances of having  a natural birth and helps you deal better with the process of becoming a mother and giving birth whatever your circumstances, even if you have planned a C-section.

 

What is the class content?

This class is unique in that it now blends the benefits of both a hypno-pregnancy and a reiki-pregnancy. You will learn to:

  • visualise, relax and control your own fears about labour
  • programme the level of discomfort that you can cope with in the birthing process - noone ever said that you wouldn't feel anything - and who would like that anyway. After all your cervix has to stretch to let a baby through so it will be an effort. However, it does not have to be painful.
  • understand what reiki is and how it can benefit your pregnancy
  • grasp the concept of reincarnation and how that applies to you and your baby
  • understand why babies are so sensitive to energy
  • talk to and communicate with your baby telepatically
  • create a safe energetical space for your child to develop whilst you share the same aura
  • train your mind to imagine that each contraction is a wave taking your closer to the magical encounter between you and your baby.

Participants will be given a complementary pregnancy CD to prepare for child birth as part of the course. At the end of the course, you will be given a reiki I certificate, which entitles you to practice reiki on yourself, your family and your friends and opens up the possibility of you continuing your journey into reiki if it feels right for you.
